We're truly excited to work with you and provide you with the best client experience possible! To ensure that you receive this, please note that the following items are included in ALL packages for Websites & Systemization:
Client Portal: For tracking tasks, uploading documents, commenting under items to facilitate questions, and reviewing submitted items
Project Launch Call: This is after the initial kick-off call when we're completely planning for the project, setting goals, etc - this is a 2-hour call.
Mid-Programme Co-Working Day: To allow us to collaboratively move the project along with specific deliverables in order to limit the back and forth. This session is 5 hours.
Project Completion Call: This is a final run-through of what you have received. This is a 30-minute call.
Handover Course: This is a detailed course that you will be added to and have 1-year access to in order to get the hang of the system or website you have received. For components that are highly customized, you will be provided with 1 walk-through video covering those custom features.

For Content Marketing Packages, you will be provided with a monthly report and consultation call, as well as your own access to the content scheduling platforms that will allow you to approve or comment on the items in question.

For Video Editing Packages, you will be provided with an initial consultation call and TWO free reviews.
