Believe it or not, business is not ALL about sales. Running a successful business incorporates a beautiful, intrinsic balance between sales, impact, and strategy.⠀⠀
This means that the strategy you will develop to push your biz forward (associated with brand, service, and business development) should be inspired by your mission, and will set you on the path to making an impact. The greater impact you make inspires a greater amount of sales, and the more sales you make allows you to make a greater, tangible impact on those who subscribe to your services. So, when you think about it, the cycle starts and ends with impact. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
With this in mind, let’s focus on how we can be more impactful with our biz and brand:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Social Listening
Yes, Market Research as a whole is important, but I want to zero in on this one. Whether on social media or through interactions in person, don’t underestimate what is revealed in conversations with & around you. It’s when people are being raw about particular topics, that you’ll identify pain points, etc. Make a deliberate effort to document what you witness on more than one occasion to assist with your research. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Adding Value for free
The reality is that many persons choose to subscribe to a business based on them identifying how you can benefit them, versus the next person. More often than not, persons won’t invest if they don’t believe you can give results. So, use this opportunity to share your knowledge in a confident way. The knowledge that provides results and allows them to realize that more results can come once they subscribe to you and what you have to offer will set you on the right path. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Building Genuine Relationships
The basis of business has always been anchored by relationships, but beyond that, making an impact on someone’s life happens to be easier when you actually get to know their core. This helps to shape the delivery of your service, etc. Get to know who you serve. Building these relationships will also involve your audience getting to know you/your brand as well, especially if you have a service-based business. When they feel like they know you, it builds trust in what you do/what your brands provide and they are more likely to make a purchase.
Still not quite certain on how to navigate all this? Contact me and we can discuss how I can support you and your biz on your journey.
